George entered  the service from Wisconsin with service number # 36216756.

George J. Ramcheck was a Corporal in the 93rd Field Artillery Battalion.

George died non battle, on October 22, 1943, he is honored with Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Army Presidential Unit Citation, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.

George is buried at North Africa American Cemetery and Memorial, Carthage, Tunis, Tunisia.
