Robert enlisted the Army at Ft. Thomas Newport, Kentucky in May 18, 1944 with service number # 35086889.
Robert B. Quebman was a Rifleman (E-Comp, 2nd Battalion) in the 175th Infantry Regiment.
Robert was Killed in Action at Düren, Germany in the fights with the Germans on Feb. 23, 1945, and he is honored with the Purple Heart, Combat Infantry Badge, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Army Presidential Unit Citation, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, WWII Victory Medal.
Robert is buried at Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial, Margraten,
Eijsden-Margraten Municipality, Limburg, Netherlands.
Robert also has a Memorial Grave at Spring Grove Cemetery
Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio, USA.
