Victor entered  the service from Pennsylvania with service-number # 9230205.

 

Victor died when the USS  Monaghan Sunk in Typhoon Cobra, Philippine sea, on Dec. 18, 1944.  is honored with a  Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

Victor is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
