Henry entered  the service from Ft. Snelling, Minnesota with service number # 37773988.

 

Henry was KIA during the mopping up at the San Nicolas-Tebbo-Itogo Trail in Luzon, Philippines, on may 11, 1945, he is honored with a  Purple Heart, Combat Infantry Badge, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

Henry is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
