Adams, Hazel Brown

Hazel was born  on Jan. 26,  1924 in  Clark County, Kentucky.

 

Father, Leroy Adams.

Mother, Nancy (Mcintosh) Adams.  

 

Hazel enlisted the U.S.Army in Kentucky with service number #  35932443.

 

Hazel was KIA during the Battle of Mindanao (Davao City), Philippines, on May 13, 1945, he  is honored with a  Purple Heart, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

Hazel is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
